1) Your Reservation is for a party of no more than six (6) persons at:
a) 19B Priscilla Alden Road, Provincetown, MA 02657.
2) The Rental Period is for the following seven (7) days listed below:
a) Arrival Date: Saturday, 06/29/2013
b) Check-In Time: 3:00 PM.
c) Departure Date: Saturday, 07/06/2013
d) Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM.
3) The Total Price for Rental Period (06/30/2012 to 07/06/2013) is listed below:
a) Weekly Rental Cost: $2,800.00
b) Security Deposit: $ 500.00 (* Refundable)
c) 3% Processing Fee: $99.00
d) Total Costs: $3,399.00
4) A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation:
a) 50% Deposit Amount: $1,400.00
b) 3% Processing Fee: $ 42.00
c) Total Deposit Due: $1,442.00

5) The Balance of the Rent and Security Deposit is due no less than thirty (30) days prior to the Arrival Date of Saturday, 06/29/2013:
a) 50% Balance Amount: $1,400.00
b) Security Deposit: $ 500.00 (* Refundable)
c) 3% Processing Fee: $ 57.00
d) Balance Due Total: $1,957.00
e) Balance Due Date: 05/29/2013
6) Cancellation:
a) If you cancel for any reason, your deposit is refundable only if the unit re-rents for the same period (06/29/2013 - 07/06/2013), price ($2,800.00) and terms.
7) Unit Description:
a) The unit you are renting is a three-level townhouse condominium. It has two bedrooms (both with queen-sized beds) and a completely finished basement (with a queen-sized sleep-sofa). There are two full-bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. There is a living area, dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a patio for outdoor space and a gas-grill. There is parking for two cars.
8) Unit Amenities:
a) Include: central air conditioning, washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, gas stove, cable television, CD player, tape player, DVD player and radio. Bed linens and bath towels are provided (one sheet set per bed per week and one set of bath towels per person per week). You should bring beach towels and additional bath towels if your feel you need more than provided.
9) Unit Restrictions:
a) The maximum capacity of the unit is six (6) people. The keeping of pets is not permitted within this condominium unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.
10) Security Deposit *:
a) The Security Deposit is refundable within 30 days of the Departure Date. A portion of the Security Deposit may be retained due to damages or missing items.
11) Keys:
a) Key pick-up instructions will be supplied when the Balance Due has been received.
